ucarp'd router went down today. We have about 40-50 vlans on it, on eth0.$X
for eg.
When its redundant twin went to pickup the vip's, some :ucarp interfaces did
not get configured.
This is because 40 copies of ifup ran at once, and stepped on ea
could we get a warning on the behaviour if it's doing something destructive?
it's not a feature that most install scripts offer, so I didnt go looking for
it, so the nuking of the link amounts to unexpected behaviour.

I made it a symlink to a diff filesystem with more space.
Install script nukes that symlink and replaces it with a dir.
