As posted in Message #43, it is in fact because
of /usr/share/revelation/libexec/revelation-applet . I copied the version
from 10.04 and overwrote /usr/share/revelation/libexec/revelation-applet on
my 11.04, reloaded the applet, and the icon is drawn. Here is the diff on
the two files:
