Additional info: I originally observed the issue with 2013b-2, but it continues after upgrading to 2013d-0wheezy1. For example, Zone America/Regina is a "true" Olson zone. Saskatchewan and East-Saskatchewan are "Links". I would expect Saskatchewan and East-Saskatchewan to point to a hard file Ame
