Hi,
Things are worse than before, pxlib became unusable for gnumeric, see h
ttps://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=832827
This issue is that HAVE_GSF in paradox-gsf.h is always undefined.
Best regards,
Jean
Have a look to #821268. I applied a patch upstream last weak (resulting
to the paradox plugin not built anymore because pxlib is currently not
usable). Here is the patch:

libgsf detection is not correct (the code is actually weird, it should use
pkg-config, imho). I suppose I should also report upstream.

Don't care about reporting upstream, this one has been fixed.

Please forget previous patch, it just does not work. This one does (will
be in next gnumeric). All samples I have use Type node, and none use
graph:Type. Thanks for reporting.

Attached patch might solve the issue if you are able to apply and
rebuild. I'd like it to be tested before committing.

This file seems to have been generated by gnumeric-1.0.x or earlier. The
current code accepts a Type node but not graph:Type. This is just weird.
One way to turn around: uncompress the file using gunzip if it is
compressed, then edit with any text editor and replace graph:Type by

This works at least in 1.12.0 and later.

I don't think it's a bug. As long as the addresses used are absolute,
they will not change if you move your cells, insert rows or anything
else. Looks like what you want is relative addressing, that is A5:A10
instead of $A$5:$A$10. You might also use $A5:$A10 if you don't insert
columns.

Three symbols are concerned:
jpeg_mem_init, jpeg_mem_term and jpeg_mem_available.
Building an executable using the two libraries might crash. This happens for me
with gnumeric (from git) when goffice is built with eps support and when I try

Things are worse, seems the initial bug was fixed, since libwmf-dev now
requests libjpeg-dev (at least in unstable) but libjpeg-dev is unknown,
only libjpeg62-dev, libjpec7-dev and libjpeg8-dev are listed.
Currently, libwmf-dev can't be installed in unstable at all.
Best regards,
Jean
