Upon further research, I believe that this is a bug in
request-tracker3.4 because RFC 2045 indicates that the correct value for
the header is "8bit", not "8-bit". "8-bit" does not appear in the
document at all, thus I will submit a new bug + patch to
request-tra

On a Sarge system which has no Apache 1 whatsoever, I still see an
/etc/apache directory because horde2 creates
/etc/apache/conf.d/horde2.conf.
The system is apache2 with mod-perl, mod-python, and PHP4 with many
