to enter programs in the
configuration file, which users are allowed to run, something like this:
allow="/usr/bin/svnserve"
I guess this would open up for a lot of security problems with regards to
program arguments, though... How about parameter-filtering/checking then?

Feel free to pass this along upsteam (or let me know if I should file an
upstream wishlist bug directly instead ;-)
