I had exactly the same problem with latest testing from today.
Just delete the old
/var/cache/libvirt/qemu/capabilities
and do
/etc/init.d/libvirtd restart
solves all problems.

Ok i found a "solution" I´ve added radeon.dpm=0 to the kernel boot options.
This part from the radeon module has a problem.
I see this is enabled since 3.11 or 3.12.
Should I open a bug report on kernel.org?

I have one usb stick with different iso images from lenny to squeeze and
the installer is not able to scan all iso files for the correct image.
If I give the Lenny ISO the name a.iso it is scanned first. Then I boot
into squeeze netinst
