I see the same symptom with kernel 6.0.16
The issue is fixed with kernel 3.2.96.

Dear Maintainer,
I'm not sure if this bug is related to #799308 but here are the symptoms on my
PC.
Running as root the following command leads to an error:
samsung-debian:/home/fabien# akonadictl start
Starting Akonadi Server...
I found a workaround.
I re-installed the release 1.7.2-1 of libtag1-vanilla and libtag1c2a.

I re-created a key with the same identity with gpg2. It is now identified by
