This is the same bug as bug #504868. It affects squeeze/testing, but
not, for most architectures, sid/unstable.
Squeeze is using ddd version 1:3.3.11-1

/usr/share/icons/hicolor so as to regenerate GNOME's
icon cache. The hicolor-icon-theme package is not a
dependency though so liblicense-dev fails when it is
not aready installed.
