been resolved upstream with release 6.0.4. This can cause crashes in
dependent applications in experimental (linphone, sflphone, maybe others).

I am pretty sure Werner Dittmann has been using twinkle with ccrtp 2.x
for awhile, and I hope could provide a patch for that as needed.

Apparently we do do define _XOPEN_SOURCE to 600 in fsys.cpp (36), though
perhaps not soon enough since relevant headers may already be included
