I agree with Marga's opinion, nobody's gonna get annoyed by having ALtGr+Ñ as
a dead key, because it's actually not used for anything.

I've tested xdesktopwaves with fvwm, and I confirmed the bug. Many clicks to
the wallpaper/background are lost (50%).
You can click to one line of each two. It should be that, where xdesktopwaves
draw in the background (remember the interlaced graphics of this package)
it's impossible to click
