This is still a problem as of today, November 2018. Versions of all
components are up-to-date:
Postfix 3.3.0
SpamAssassin 3.4.2
spamass-milter 0.4.0-1
According to http://www.postfix.org/MILTER_README.html#workarounds, this
needs to be fixed in the milter implementation.
