Bug#335282: /etc/init.d/capiutils improperly checks for devfs in mountcapifs()

Package: capiutils Version: 3.7.2005-07-09 /etc/init.d/capiutils checks for devfs in mountcapifs(), however the result is inverted. Additionally the check to see if devfs is a valid filesystem, is less then ideal. It should check to see if devfs is it's actually mounted on /dev. Fix: mountca
