This issue appears to be in mutter, not gnome-shell. It is being tracked
upstream at https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/mutter/-/issues/2690.
Can you please move this bug to the mutter package?

apt attempts to remove nautilus-extension-gnome-console when
upgrading gnome-console pakcage to 43~beta-1. Please update this
package's dependency on gnome-console.
The bug appears to be resolved in 8.5.0-1. The kvm_amd module is now loaded
