after run in the problem a second time and some google searches i found
the solution.
add
pcre.recursion_limit=100
pcre.backtrack_limit=100
to my php.ini fix the bug (strings smaller 1mb)

i worked down the problem. The problem was the broken package
libgtkhtml3.6-18_3.6.2-1_amd64.deb on my computer. After downloading
this package again the problem is fixed.
