Debian Release: wheezy/sid
APT prefers testing
APT policy: (500, 'testing')
Architecture: amd64 (x86_64)
Kernel: Linux 3.0.0-1-amd64 (SM
Package: dar
Version: 2.4.0-1
Severity: normal
Dar supports a --hash flag to generate MD5 or SHA1 checksums of each slice,
with more reliability than checksumming the .dar files afterwords.
When I run it including that flag, the following error message is printed
before dar terminates:
Aborting
Package: memtest86+
Version: 4.20-1
Followup-For: Bug #629506
I can confirm this behavior. Memtest86+ (the standard option) flickers and the
computer resets, as described. Memtest86+ (multiboot) hangs showing only the
GRUB background image.
