The following CMakeLists.txt fails, cause gdcm targets are defined twice.
Adding gdcm into the dependency would solve this blocking issue!

Well, when it comes to Debian packages, my understanding is that
installing them makes the corresponding software available. I
some documentation is missing. Not sure where it should be
located though (may be in the information of the package?),
but it would avoid some problems.
