this report is just to verify that the same bug is affected except from speech-
dispacher, also from sl-modem-daemon package.
sl-modem-daemon is started at boot time and takes over the soundcard
$ sudo fuser -v /dev/
Please close this bug. It was caused from some bad fonts I had installed
in my .fonts dir.

But after an "aptitude dist-upgrade" I can change from english to greek
keyboard layout but not the from greek
back to english.
