In the package description for the libsecret packages the referenced
Homepage is https://wiki.gnome.org/Libsecret. That appear to be a
non-existing page, returning a 404 code.

If nothing else this is an issue since the expired certs make the test
suite fail, which in turn trigger a build failure.

For what its worth, I built my own version libqca2-plugin-gnupg_2.0.0~beta3
package. That solved pretty much all gnupg related Psi problems I have had in
Ubuntu 9.04. While I haven't done any testing against Debian systems, I
figured I'd still mention it, since the problems seems related.
