Hi,
The upload rate limit is not saved in the preference window.
This is pretty anoying because the user can think he won't overload his
upload-bandwith the next time thanks to the limit he set, but that won't
happen: the upload rate limit w
ed by a team rather by a one-person maintainer.
That's why I frist tried to set up a Webapps Team to maintain the
package but there was no volunteers to join the maintenance.
