Upgrade to the 3.1.0-1-686-pae kernel fixed the issue. So, I think, the problem
is resolved now.

I have bluez-gnome installed and sometimes it works.
For example, if I reset pairing in my cell phone and try to connect from the
laptop the gnome applet pops up a dialog box askng the pin code. I'll send you
the log.
