I actually found that I had ipykernel install in my `pip3 list` even
after deleting it with apt.
I removed everything related to jupyter and ipykernel on apt and
pip/pip3. Reinstalled using apt and the python3 kernel works now.
I guess this can be closed, sorry for the inconvenience.
