I am having the same problem after upgrading to 25.0.1-2: No Wayland sessions, just X11, and they're dog slow. The graphics card used is an AMD Cape Verde GL [FirePro W4100]. Downgrading mesa packages to 24.3.4-3 fixes the problem. I don't see an upstream issue which matches this on gitlab.fr
