in the meantime, serious bug #863195 (FTBFS in test suite) has been
filed. It could be fixed by unblocking the package.
However, golang 1.8.2 which will include a security issue is
scheduled[1] is scheduled to be released today, so you may want to wait
for that version to hit unstable.
