Hi, I have the same problem
When I run Vim (it occurs rare in pure shell), urxvt "freezes" content,
which shows. Cursor is blinking, urxvt doesn't react to anything, no
Ctrl+L. It doesn't help when I kill Vim. Still shows frozen content.

This is a tricky issue, and I am not sure that we can fix it for
Wheezy, as it would require too many code changes. Generally, there is
an Apt cronjob for fetching updates, so this shouldn't be an issue.
