The functions that are described by the header files in the package
libbsd-dev seem to be implemented in the packge libbsd0.
"objdump -axdt /lib/libbsd.so.0" shows both humanize_number and flopen
at least on i386

what are your explanations for these incompatible
circumstances:
1. /usr/include/libutil.h originates with FreeBSD.
humanize_number(3) and flopen(3) appear in prototypes.
2. /usr/lib/libutil.a is clearly Glibc.
Only login, pty, and wtmp related symbols.
