Currently I see some different testsuite failures than before. This was
in a sid chroot on kfreebsd-amd64 (not using bind mounts) :
run-native-test.sh passes for me.

I think it is the same problem we've seen with #727009, it affects
kfreebsd's threads implementation but is triggered by 'make', and a
workaround in eglibc is pending:
