This patch adds GNU/kFreeBSD S10syslog.
It is different from the GNU/Linux one not only because not calling
klogd, but also for the absence of a Linux specific command (modprobe
unix...).
I tested this on GNU/kFreeBSD.
It should not affect GNU/Linux.
