stock debian Kernel packages for
the 2.4 series then boot and send you the dmesg file from /var/log?

Hi,
I've downloaded and tested netinst sarge Pre RC2 and the problem is
still present in the installer.
By default the installer gets to the Choose language screen but the
keyboard is locked and the laptop needs to be hard booted.
If the linux26 option is selected the problem goes away. I have enc
rward install with no preseeding, chose UK language/keyboard
settings and mirror http://ftp.uk.debian.org. See zipped syslog
attachment for full details.
Is this something to do with the fact that I am trying to install on a
K7 processor or the uk debian mirror?
