I downloaded the version of the netinstall cdrom from:
http://cdimage.debian.org/pub/cdimage-testing/sid_d-i/sparc/pre-rc2/sarge-sparc-netinst.iso
The cdrom was build on 20040930, as it told me in the welcome message.

the netinstall image from 18 Oct 2004 worked perfectly, without any
boot parameter the debian installer appears. The Ultra 1 is installed
now without any trouble (only the base system, I will test the rest
later). If you ask me, this bug is closed. Great work!
