Actually, the situation has deteriorated further. In addition to gnupg, the
systemd pre-depends on libssl3 is no longer satisfiable:
dpkg: regarding .../systemd_255.4-1_amd64.deb containing systemd,
pre-dependency problem:
systemd pre-depends on libssl3 (>= 3.0.0)
libssl3 is not installed.
