I installed di-netboot-assistant with tftpd-hpa, adapted TFTP_ROOT in
/etc/di-netboot-assistant/di-netboot-assistant.conf and installed buster
image

Indeed in the installer, there is openssh-client-udev, and I just
tested it, and `scp` works. Good enough.
Also very cool to see rsync available soon. That is very useful.
So no need for ftpput.
