On 2017-02-03 00:24:04 Sven Joachim applied b78e381e to
debootstrap/functions, to strip any ":arch"-qualifier from the package
name while running debootstrap.
The same must be done for the C-version in base-installer, which is
called by the Debian-Installer. Otherwise "python3" does not get pulled
