When installing on a UEFI system (Lenovo Ideapad Z585), amd64, (installer
booted in UEFI mode, _I think_), installing grub fails with:

Could you please, check which installer is used by Kazakh language:
text-based or graphical?
I am just interested if they also use gtk (graphical) since we have similar
special characters.

Kazakh is available in both, the text and the graphical installer.

Unfortunately, something is going wrong with the gtk version from the daily
build.
I have downloaded the image from
http://d-i.debian.org/daily-images/i386/daily/netboot/gtk/mini.iso
tried to install it on virtualox with no luck and even burned the image on
CD and tried to install on a real machine

I agree, the graphical installer is not working in the latest d-i
images. The bug will need to be fixed before you can see or
