I'd like to commit a couple of packaging changes that affect a few of
debian-boot@ packages.
* Bump Debhelper to version 9
This will stop calling pythonsupport & will potentially gain shorter
dh sequences executed.
* Change VCS-* URLs to point to standardised anonscm.d.o URLs:

More info on #709648 ...
I discovered that both my squeeze and wheezy preseed files contained
d-i netcfg/choose_interface select auto
Maybe this is why, after loading the preseed file, wheezy decides to use
eth0.
I guess the behavior in squeeze was to keep the value set on the boot line
