either in Dell's BIOS or in BMC-Settings.

after sending the bug notification I found there is some problem with the repository. I pointed to
UBA mirror after the base installation was complete and the problem persisted. So I downloaded the
Packages.gz with wget (I mean manually), unziped it, and put it in /var/lib/apt/lists/
