I have found one workaround.
Simply I define LVM PV as second primary partition - installer does not create
it, but there is something in $scheme_rest variable and therefore the first
boot primary partition is created with command
open_dialog NEW_PARTITIO
That looks good to me. Thanks for the quick patch.
