There was at least one important new feature of the installer missing in
the installation guide that IMO should be documented before we can
consider freezing it for the final translation update and upload for
Lenny. And that is the new option to load firmware during installation.

results:
boot: install fb=false
Allocated 8 Megs of memory at 0x4000 for kernel
Loaded kernel version 2.6.18
Loading initial ramdisk (3881967 bytes at 0x3F80200 phys, 0x40C0 virt)...
