rootskel and bugreporter-udeb

On rootskel I set debian-installer/kernel/linux/initrd to false for m68k. No big, but it needs to be uploaded before the official cds can work. I rewrote parts of bugreporter-udeb's postinst so that it works as advertised (at least on my box). It now saves everything in /target/var/log/debian-inst

Debian Installer does not detect my CD-drive

Hi, I downloaded the Net-inst 100MB image CD from the official debian images. I booted the CD (no problem), but when the installer starts detecting the hardware on my laptop (Compaq Presario, Toshiba combo drive), it stops and says that it cannot mount the cdrom drive. Any idea? workaround?
