Hi,
I am tring to compile the boot floppies images just checked out from
CVS. I have a problem during the make check:
checking for locale charset of en_IN UTF-8
add the line 'en_IN UTF-8' in /etc/locale.gen, and rerun locale-gen
make: *** [check_locale] Error 1
But the line already exists and re

apt-get already tried on woody and on sid.

modconf 0.2.42 on a fresh Woody install upgraded to kernel 2.4.18
I saw exactly the behavior described by the previous poster, on a
132-column display. When I rebooted to a 24x80 console, modconf
functioned perfectly. This looks like bug #138363 against whiptail.
