I am interested in becomming a Debian developer/maintainer and thought a
good starting point would be to instlal the current testing
distribution. Thus I downloaded the disks directory created my floppies
and off I went. Everything worked great until it was time to install the
base system. I

automatically being connected to the net.
There's the option of installing basedebs.tgz, which I don't know if it
includes the debian pppconfig utility or not...try that.

implemented. Once that is working we'll be able to install the bases system
with a number of floppys. I'm not sure where it stands at the moment, a search

RFC1035 describes the recommended format for DNS names, which should be a
