I believe it would be better to use '--include' debootstrap option
and avoid changing the script.

was very helpful, but the debootstrap command:
mkdir -p /var/lib/lxc/vm0
/usr/lib/lxc/templates/lxc-debian -p /var/lib/lxc/vm0/
creates a 5.0.8 container with no LXC tools in it, fixing this is
pretty simply however, just update the template file to in
