I think it's not just a matter of restarting the daemon, most
often. But I do not get more cluesalioth admins probably now far
more stuff than me on that topic.

it happened to me, that I cannot get access to svn.debian.org
using my account holger-guest. I _have_ _not_ changed my password
since I got write-access (2 weeks ago).
Login at http://alioth.debian.org/account/login.php
is successful, though.
Last successful commit was on 1. Nov.
