It seems that we're out of space on the cdrom build of debian-installer. This is with TYPE=cdrom: dd if=/dev/zero of=dest/cdrom-1440.img bs=1k count=1440 1440+0 records in 1440+0 records out 1474560 bytes transferred in 0.024320 seconds (60631543 bytes/sec) mkfs.msdos -i deb1 -n 'Debian Insta
