Where does this lead us? Are you saying the HPT370 problems should be
fixed as of 2.2.18-ide (as opposed to 2.2.18pre21-ide which we are
using now)?

BTW, guys, perhaps you can try this as a workaround.
I'm assuming perhaps the promise ultra 66 controller has the same
problems as the HTP370 ? I dunno.
