Right now, dbootstrap only saves proxy settings to dbootstrap_settings if a proxy is configured when downloading the rescue and drivers disks. If you skip that proxy setup, but setup a proxy later for installing base, we don't save that to dbootstrap_settings. Any reason why not, or shall I go
