I tried your command for both partitions with Boot/BCD file
But
grep "W.i.n.d.o.w.s. .S.e.t.u.p" sda2/Boot/BCD
and
grep "W.i.n.d.o.w.s. .S.e.t.u.p" sda3/Boot/BCD
doesn't return any result

/dev/sda1 is an NTFS partition, maybe contains the Windows Vista
installation files.
/dev/sda3 contains the recovery partition

os-prober is runned on an already installed Debian system.
/dev/sda is the disk dedicated to Windows:
/dev/sda1 is an unknown partition in NTFS who is invisible from Vista
/dev/sda2 is the Windows partition
/dev/sda3 is the recovery partition (and windows won't boot from here)
