It appears that this is a 'feature' and not a bug when building from a
checkout of a SVN of CVS repository.
Apparently stuff from SVN and CVS needs to be excluded from the
buildprocess by setting 'DH_ALWAYS_EXCLUDE=CVS:.svn', and by pa
