Hi,
In the second stage the missing locale is generated, but if we reboot,
the LANG (and the related variables) won't be exported despite the fact
that the locale is valid. There is certainly an unhandled state in
termwrap. Could you please test the attached fix (by applying it to
termwrap

Hmm. I don't really see what's meant by "various daily builds of
beta4". Beta4 is now over and not rebuilt.

I've found one additional thing when doing a testinstallation some
minutes ago. When the base-config is completed (in german for example)
and no reboot is done and then base-config is started again manually
it will run in english and not in the selected language.
