Also, you can help by testing Potato boot-floppies. Make sure they
work ok. We're really only considering RC problems on that now as we
shift focus to Woody rather than Potato.
Also, go through the bug tracking system
checkout boot-floppies cvs, there are instructions at cvs.debian.org.
At the moment just getting boot-floppies to build can be difficult. There is a
'todo' in cvs which details some known issues, things that need work.

Yes, i already got the clue.
1. I think you have the trunk checked out, not the woody branch
This mail explains how to get the woody branch, though actually there is a
pserver problem, so at the moment it is possible you will only be able to work
on the trunk. I just sent a patch to debian-admin that might fix it though.

The instructions on the web page are confusing, this is what you want to do:
$ cvs -d :pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/cvs/debian-boot co -r woody boot-floppies
However, we are still getting the dreaded out of memory error:
U boot-floppies/utilities/floppy_split.h
cvs server: Updating boot-floppies

After carefully reading i now have a local copy of the cvs boot-floppies. But
"make mirror" don't work:
